POLICIES

I strive to maintain an open, professional, and therapeutic space for each guest. Whether this is your first massage, or you’ve been to another therapist before, please review the following before booking.

If this is your first visit to Linden Tree Holistic Healing, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete your initial paperwork. Even if I have worked with you previously at Pebble Spa - for your privacy, all previous intake forms, SOAP notes, and related documents from my former place of employment have been securely destroyed and are not accessible.

 

My practice is a therapeutic, professional space. Any sexual, romantic or flirtatious jokes, innuendos or advances will be cause for an immediate termination of the session with full payment due and you will be unable to book future appointments.​​

Treatments are by appointment only. To protect the privacy and comfort of all guests, please refrain from entering the facility unless you have a scheduled appointment. During sessions, the doors will remain locked. If you’d like to book an appointment, I’d be happy to hear from you!

​

For those with scheduled sessions, the doors will be unlocked 15 minutes before your appointment time.

​

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Missed appointments are costly and take away valuable appointment time from others. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made after this window or clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full session amount.

I understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency and feel an exception may be warranted, please reach out.

​

If you are running late: Sometimes delays are unavoidable. If you’re running late, please contact me so I can prepare accordingly and ensure you’re not marked as a no-show. When you arrive, I will do my best to provide your full session time if the schedule allows.

Reschedule as soon as you present symptoms of cold, flu, or infection. This includes symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, sneezing, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. In some cases, receiving a massage while you’re ill can leave you feeling worse and may slow your healing process. If you’re not feeling well, please reach out so we can determine together whether it’s best to reschedule or simply adjust the session to be more gentle.

Please also keep in mind that if you may be contagious, I want to be mindful of the health of all clients—and myself. You will not be charged for cancelling due to illness, and I sincerely appreciate the consideration.

I reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of illness or a family emergency. It is in everyone’s best interest that I do not provide treatment while unwell, and I would never want to risk passing an illness to anyone. If I need to cancel, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your session. 

​

If you have had a recent surgery, please receive a doctors approval to start massage. In certain situations, I may request a doctor’s note confirming that you are cleared to receive massage. If I feel that massage may not be the most appropriate option at that time, I may also refer you to another health professional—such as a physical therapist, acupuncturist, chiropractor, nutritionist, or mental health therapist—to ensure you receive the support that best fits your needs.

I am LGBTQ friendly. Please feel free to share your personal pronouns—I will always respect them and support you in whatever goals you have for your session. If you have any questions, preferences, or requests that can help make our time together more positive and empowering, I welcome you to reach out.

​

Tipping is optional. Tipping is always appreciated but completely optional. If you’d prefer to show your appreciation in another way, returning for future sessions, sharing a testimonial for the website, or referring a friend are all deeply valued gestures. Your support in any form truly means the world to me.

​

Treatment packages and gift cards are available online for purchase. 

A Linden Tree 6-Pack offers a 10% savings on individual massage sessions. Sessions may be used at your own pace with no monthly limits, including multiple visits in the same month. 6-Packs are valid for one year from the purchase date. If you’re unable to use all six sessions within that year, remaining sessions may be transferred to a close friend or family member.

 

Gift certificates may be purchased for pre-selected monetary amounts either online or on location. Gift certificates do not expire unless they are received through a raffle or prize donation, in which case they expire one year from the date issued.

My location is in a residential area. Please use caution and drive slowly when entering the Beacon Hill area. Children are often playing and pets may be out and about. It’s very Norman Rockwell up here, and I want to make sure our neighborhood stays safe for everyone.

 

Please do not show up to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol. For the safety and well-being of everyone, I reserve the right to cancel an appointment and require full payment if a client arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
