ABOUT
Hi, I'm Melissa
I am a local massage therapist with close to eight years of hands-on experience supporting guests through the multiple layers of their individual wellness journeys. I bring a down-to-earth, heart-centered approach to my work (with a little bit of humor), blending skilled bodywork with an intuitive awareness that help my guests feel deeply seen and supported.

My specialties include deep tissue massage, tension headache and migraine relief, craniosacral therapy, foot reflexology, trauma-informed therapies, massage cupping, and hot stone.
My work is rooted in the belief that the body holds wisdom and memories. I listen closely, not only to your words but also to the subtle cues of the body, allowing each session to unfold organically and intentionally.

An animal lover and farm girl at heart, I find grounding and inspiration in caring for my dogs, horses, and pigs. Life on a small hobby farm keeps me connected to nature and reminds me daily of the importance of patience, compassion, and slowing down.
My mission is to offer healing that supports the physical body while also bringing clarity, calm, and balance to the mind and spirit.

THE LINDEN TREE
The Linden tree has long been cherished as a symbol of comfort, healing, and heart-centered connection. Across many cultures, the Linden tree has been associated with peace, protection, and the nurturing qualities of the divine feminine. Its soft, heart-shaped leaves and calming blossoms make it a natural emblem of emotional and physical well-being.

Historically, communities gathered beneath Linden trees for celebrations, counsel, and support. They were believed to bring harmony to the village—offering shade, safety, and a sense of coming home.
Linden blossoms have also been used for centuries in herbal medicine to ease stress, calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and support the heart.

At Linden Tree Holistic Healing, this symbolism reflects the intention behind every session:
-
To offer a space where you feel deeply cared for and supported.
-
A place where stress softens, the body unwinds, and the heart can rest.

Just as the Linden tree has offered comfort and connection through generations, my goal is to create a nurturing environment where your healing can naturally unfold.
